Linda Higgins was a founder of One Design Center, Inc. in Greensboro, NC. After forty years of servicing the wide variety of ODC clients Linda is now offering her services as a commercial Interior Design consultant. Linda has worked on a myriad of projects varying in size, function and complexity. Her knowledge of design requirements for different businesses is wide and diverse. Innovative design solutions, an extensive knowledge of materials sources, and efficient project management provide cost-effective services for her clients.
A personal approach is necessary to assure the best possible results. I practice interior design as a client-oriented process, and each project is considered a professional partnership. Consistent with this policy, specific goals as well as aesthetic and functional requirements are defined with the client. I work closely with designated associates and all representatives involved – including architects, contractors and suppliers – so that each project progresses smoothly and successfully. Open communication and the ability to adapt to client needs is extremely important to a successful project.
Services include programming, space planning and documentation through supervision of final installations. Careful attention is given to every aspect of the design process.
